If a company is using third party applications or service providers within their business we liaise with these companies to help resolve issues if they arise. This includes accounting software like MYOB and XERO, file and ‘suite’ management and project management software. We also help businesses set up and install third party applications including VOIP phones and internet providers.

To be confident your changeover goes as smoothly as possible, be sure your new IT service provider conducts a free audit before you engage them. This speeds up the process by equipping them with an understanding of your business workflow. It’s also essential in helping them build a support package suitable for your needs. Depending on how your old service is set up, your new provider may also be required to liaise with other companies or third parties. This could increase the time it takes to switch your provider as different agreements and SLAs are met.
To make sure you speed up the process as much as possible we suggest choosing a service provider with extensive industry history as this is evidence your new provider is agile and can move with changing technology. Be aware of upselling providers and companies trying to replace your entire infrastructure.
For new customers, we start working on your issue as soon as you make contact with us and we aim to find a resolution for your problem within 1.5 business days.
For customers already working with us, we see to your issue immediately. Expect a response to your request FAST! (Usually, within 15-20 minutes, with a guaranteed wait time of no later than 2 hours.) This is where we’ll discuss your issue and determine if it’s a fast fix or one that requires more investigation. You’ll then be given an upfront estimate of how long your issue will take to resolve.
Metrowest have two plans available to our customers.
- Managed service plan - A more intensive plan that’s charged per user. As a company grows IT costs will increase to align with new staff members, while a downsize in staff reduces costs.
- Adhoc - Our ‘as you need us’ service where you are charged at a flat rate per job. This is an accommodating option for everyone as you only ever pay for what you need.
Each of our plans is fitted with robust agreements to ensure every expense is accounted for and you’re not met with any hidden costs.
